This Privacy Policy explains how April ("I", "me", or "the Developer"), as an independent developer, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use Marvel.ai: Generator&Enhancer (the "Product").

1. Information Collection and Use

A. Media and Device Permissions

To provide the core AI-generation features, the Product requires the following permissions:

Camera Access: Used solely to allow you to take photos or videos within the App for AI processing. I do not capture or store any imagery without your active interaction.
Photo Library / Storage Access: Used to allow you to select existing images for AI enhancement or generation, and to save the resulting files to your device.

B. Usage and Device Data

I may collect non-personal information automatically to improve the Product:

Device Information: System version, device model, and unique device identifiers (e.g., IDFV/GAID).
Log Data: Crash reports and basic usage statistics (e.g., feature click rates).

2. AI Processing and Data Security

As an independent developer, I prioritize your data privacy regarding AI features:

Processing Method: Your images are uploaded to a secure server for AI processing. These files are transient and will be automatically deleted immediately after the task is completed, and in no event will they be retained for longer than 24 hours.
Proprietary and Third-Party Services: AI processing is conducted using a combination of my proprietary technology and industry-leading providers (such as OpenAI and Google).
No Training: I do not use your personal photos, videos, or any generated content to train, improve, or develop generalized AI or Machine Learning models.
Security: I implement industry-standard encryption (HTTPS) to protect your data during transmission.

3. Third-Party Services

The Product uses third-party SDKs or APIs to provide specific functions. These third parties have their own privacy policies:

AI Service Providers: OpenAI Google Cloud AI
Analytics: Google Analytics for Firebase Meta (Facebook) Analytics
Advertising: Google AdMob Meta (Facebook) Audience Network
Payment Processing: All transactions are handled by the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. I do not collect or store your credit card or bank account information.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

I only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide the services requested. If you wish to request the deletion of any data associated with your use of the Product, please contact me at Xpea_official@outlook.com.

5. Children's Privacy

The Product is not intended for children under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you become aware that a child has provided me with personal data, please contact me immediately.

6. International Transfers

Your information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state or country where data protection laws may differ. By using the Product, you consent to these transfers.
